Return and Refund

Needtho will refund most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in resellable condition, have not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached.

The following exceptions are in place:
  1. Needtho handmade items purchased online (Negotiation required for return).
  2. Items marked 'Final Sale', both in stores and online, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  3. Some items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes hosiery, underwear (including bras), earrings. 

The customer may assume full responsibility for return shipment costs, customs fees, and handling charges if they decline to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please reach out to needtho (sayhi@needtho.combefore returning an item. Items shipped without our consent may be refused upon delivery.   

We will not be responsible for items damaged or lost during the return delivery process. 

About Refund

Once we receive your item or after a negotiation, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled an unfulfilled order, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
